Marinate beef sirloin in Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce, 1 tsp garlic, and ginger. Blanch or steam asparagus. Set aside. In a wok, heat oil. Sauté garlic. Before garlic turns golden, add beef and stir fry until cooked. Add asparagus, stir fry to mix thoroughly. Add cornstarch and water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until cornstarch is cooked. |
